Hi, my name is Sam. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade and bring experience in body conditioning, personal training, Yoga & FitSteps® as well as Nordic Walking.

I call upon all of my experience in other sporting areas to enhance the Nordic Walking experience in either a group or one to one session.

Nordic Walking is unique as it provides benefits for absolutely all levels from those with medical problems right up to the super fit.

Whatever your age and fitness level you can benefit from Nordic Walking.
